Refund policy

There is NO right of withdrawal for custom-made products.

We offer a 14-day return policy on in-stock items. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Note: the policy applies provided the goods are shipped to the European Union)

To be eligible for a return, the item should be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase (order number / screenshot of order details).

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems:

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the problem.

Exceptions / Items Not Eligible for Return:

Certain items cannot be returned, such as wheels with tubeless options, wheels with no-regular color combos ( / custom-made items) . Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift vouchers.

Customers must notify vmx-racing  that they are returning their item within 14 days of receipt and the item must be received back within 21 days of the day the item was received (not date of purchase). If items are returned to us outside of the 21 day timeframe they will not be accepted and will be returned to you. 

Exchange:

Returning the received item is the quickest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately. 

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal.

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase (/ order number / screenshot of order details). .

Refunds: 

Customers shall bear all return shipping costs in full.

Return shipping fees may range from 30 to 300 EUR or more, varying according to the return destination address, your selected shipping method, and the weight and volume of the returned item.

If you refuse delivery and the package is sent back to our VMX warehouse, you are liable for all return freight charges incurred, including customs clearance charges and taxes, where applicable

We will notify you once we have received and processed your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within a few business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
